Customer tracking portal

How to share a private link where each customer sees their open orders with your business brand, what they see and how to revoke it.

Updated:

The tracking portal is a public, account-free, read-only page with your business logo, name and colors. Your customer sees their open orders and how they are going. You share it (owner or manager) with the Share button.

  1. Open a task or the customer page and tap Share.
  2. If the customer has no link, Create link. There is one link per customer: it works for all their orders, including the ones created later.
  3. Copy link or Share… (the phone's share sheet) and send it through the customer's chat.
  4. Options: Show balance (starts off) and Validity (7, 30, 90 or 180 days). Changing them does not change the link.
  5. Generate new link invalidates the old one right away; Revoke link cuts it without creating another. Both ask for confirmation and are written to the audit log.

Only owner and manager share and revoke; staff and viewer do not see the button.

What the customer sees

WhatDetail
BrandYour logo (or the initial), business name and palette, in light or dark.
OrdersService, plain-language status (Received, Scheduled, In progress) and the time or "Time not set yet".
HistoryOrders completed or cancelled in the last 30 days.
BalanceOnly if you turned on Show balance: what is left to pay in total and per order, calculated by the server from your payments.

It never shows phone, email, address, notes, team comments or activity, driver, costs or other customers' data.

Security and privacy

  • The link is a long random token: it cannot be guessed. A missing, expired or revoked link shows the same message.
  • The page is not indexed, uses no cookies or third-party scripts, and writes nothing.
  • Anyone with the link sees what the customer sees: send it only through their chat and revoke it if it is forwarded.
  • If you publish the balance, mention it in your privacy notice.
