What happens if…? Services and tasks
Quick answers about taking and releasing tasks, outcomes, team permissions and work evidence.
Updated:
How many products can an order have?
Up to 72 products (lines) per order. It is a limit of the booking engine so every order is stored and charged with the exact amount. You set it on the service, in the form's product limits.
What happens if two people tap "Take" at the same time?
The first one gets it and the second receives a notice. A task is never assigned twice. You see it assigned in Work and in Today for whoever took it.
What happens if whoever took the task can't do it?
They can release it as long as it hasn't started: it goes back to Unassigned so someone else can take it.
What happens if the customer wasn't there or doesn't want the order?
The task is closed with the outcome absent ("wasn't there") or rejected ("doesn't want it"), with an optional reason. It stays recorded on the task.
What happens if an action fails halfway?
Nothing is left half done: everything an action does happens together or not at all.
What happens if a team member tries to assign tasks?
They can't, even if the button existed: an action never grants extra permissions. Only the owner and the manager assign. See Roles and permissions.
What customer data does the team see?
A team member sees the tasks assigned to them and those their group can take, but without the customer's phone or email until they take it. For deliveries, before taking it only the approximate zone is visible.
What happens with the photos and locations the team uploads?
They are private: only people with access to that task see them, download links expire after 60 seconds and files are deleted after 30 days by default. The owner or manager can delete a location.
Why don't I see a tab or a filter?
Because "if there is nothing, it isn't shown": the calendar only appears if there are resources with a schedule, the map if there are tasks with a location, and Mine if you have your own schedule. See Tasks and actions.
What if I pause or duplicate a service?
Pausing is always allowed: it stops new offers while existing tasks keep their scheduling windows, rescheduling, assignment, completion and cancellation controls. Pause and deactivate are the same action. Duplicate creates a paused copy with independent hours, without tasks or history; groups and products stay in the catalog. Current stages start at version one; without stage editing permission it uses base stages and explains this. The copy drops the managed business-template link. Review and reactivate it in Services.
What if package units expire or consumption fails?
Expired units are lost, including reserved units: the task returns to its previous amount and the team is notified. Expiry is checked before completion even if the background process is delayed. Failed consumption prevents completion and collection; status and reservation remain for retry. The owner or manager can Extend expiry manually with a reason on the customer page.
Can I edit or reopen a task covered by a plan?
Customer, service and amount cannot change and payment adjustments are blocked; internal notes remain editable. First Remove plan on the customer page. Reopening a cancelled task retains normal pricing. Reopening a completed task returns the unit and its payment allocation; if still valid it stays reserved and completing again uses exactly one unit.
How are packages or memberships billed and cancelled?
Billing is manual, without recurring card or Pix Automático for now. Record sales, renewal or cancellation on the customer page. Cancellation releases reservations and stops renewals; refund is optional and returns only unused units in a current manually paid period. Expired units are not refunded. A refund is blocked if the cash collection’s day is already closed.
What if the panel styles fail to download?
The loading screen remains in your theme colors; the panel does not appear without styles. After eight seconds it offers Reload. If downloading finishes later, it continues; reduced motion keeps the same protection.
Why do updates differ between the panel and website?
The panel groups changes by release and explains where they are, how to use them and who has permission. The website explains the business benefit. Both come from the same update.
