Connect Fiuit to your AI
Connect Claude or ChatGPT to your project with one button, choose what it can do and revoke access whenever you want.
Updated:
With Connect, your AI assistant (Claude or ChatGPT) uses Fiuit with your account, without copying keys. It sees and does what you allow, in the projects you choose, with the same rules as the dashboard. A single connection can cover several businesses.
From the panel, in one click
In Settings → Developers, the Connect your AI card shows ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, VS Code, Kimi and “Other”. For Cursor and VS Code, one button installs the connector. For the rest, it shows the steps and the address https://mcp.fiuit.com/ with a Copy button. Some ChatGPT or Claude plans don't allow connectors.
Before you start
- You must be an owner or manager of the project.
- The connector address is
https://mcp.fiuit.com/. If your app already filled inhttps://mcp.fiuit.com/mcp, that works too: same server, same connection.
Claude (Desktop and claude.ai)
- In Claude, open Settings → Connectors and tap Add custom connector.
- Enter a name (for example, Fiuit) and the address
https://mcp.fiuit.com/. - Tap Connect: Fiuit opens. If you're not signed in, sign in as usual.
- On the permissions page, tick one or more projects and the permissions for each, and tap Authorize. You're back in Claude, connected.
ChatGPT
- In ChatGPT, open Settings → Connectors → Advanced and turn on developer mode.
- Create a connector with the address
https://mcp.fiuit.com/and OAuth authentication. - Tap Connect and follow the same steps on the Fiuit permissions page.
The permissions page
- Which app asks for access. Claude and ChatGPT show as Verified. Any other app shows as Not verified, with the address it returns to: authorize it only if you recognize it.
- Projects. You tick one or more (up to 20) among those where you are owner or manager; the one you have open comes ticked. Each project has its own permissions. If you already had the app connected, the previous projects and permissions come ticked, and what you authorize now replaces the whole previous connection: that is how you add or remove projects.
- Permissions. The ones the app asks for come checked and you can uncheck any of them:
| Permission | What the AI can do |
|---|---|
| See your appointments and tasks | See the schedule, open times and each task |
| Create and move appointments | Book, reschedule, cancel and move tasks forward |
| See customers / Create and edit customers | See or add customer records |
| See conversations / Reply to conversations | Read or reply in the Inbox |
| See services and settings / Change them | See or change services, products, schedules and stages |
| See money | See payments, balances, cash and results |
| Record payments and send payment links | Record payments and send payment links |
| Record expenses | See and record expenses |
The last three involve money: only the owner sees them and can grant them, project by project (if you own one business and manage another, money only shows up in the first). An AI can never do more than the person who connected it. Changing flows, feedback settings and payment policies also remains owner-only; a manager can delegate service and product changes.
If you are a Fiuit partner: your portfolio from your AI
If you are a partner, the permissions page also offers View your partner portfolio: clients and activity. It comes checked only if the app asks for it; otherwise, check it yourself. Pick any project where you are an owner or manager (for example, your own): your portfolio does not depend on the project you pick.
With that permission you can ask your AI, for example: "what should I do today with my clients?", "which clients are at risk?" or "what happened in my portfolio this week?". The AI sees the same as your partner panel:
- Today: the next action, your portfolio progress and alerts.
- My clients: plan or trial, last use, number of tasks and conversations, and each client's health light.
- Activity: sign-ups, connected channels, first bookings and clients going quiet.
It is read-only, with the same privacy as the panel: counts and statuses, never a business's content or its payments. You see a client's content by opening their project from the panel. You never see another partner's clients. If you stop being a partner, the connection stops showing your portfolio on the next request.
If the AI says a permission is missing
The AI only sees the tools you gave it. If you ask for a balance and it cannot, See money is missing; if it cannot record a cash payment, Record payments and send payment links is missing. Revoke the connection under Connected apps and connect again ticking that permission (money permissions can only be granted by the owner). Editing the products of an order needs no money permission: Create and move appointments is enough. Manually adjusting the amount due is not granted this way: do it from the panel. Cancelling a booking always asks for your confirmation before it runs.
See and revoke connected apps
In Settings → Developers, under Connected apps, the owner sees each connection of the project: the app, who authorized it, its permissions, when it connected and when it was last used. They only see their own project, not the other businesses of that connection. Revoke cuts access to that project instantly; the other projects of the same connection keep working. Once all are revoked, the AI asks to connect again.
Frequently asked questions
- Does the AI keep my password? No. You sign in to Fiuit and the app gets a permission that expires and renews on its own. You can revoke it anytime.
- What if my role changes? The connection follows your current role in each project: if you become a manager in one, it loses money permissions there; if you leave a project, that one stops working and the others keep going.
- How does the AI know which business to work on? With a single project, it uses that one. With several, the AI asks or picks with the
list_projectstool, and never mixes data from two businesses in one answer. - I already had one connection per project, do I need to reconnect? No: previous connections keep working as before, each in its project. If you want a single one, connect again and tick all the projects.
- Why does someone else see more or fewer tools? The AI only sees the tools for the permissions chosen when connecting: fewer permissions, shorter list.
- What about API keys? They keep working the same, for your own integrations: MCP and AI agents.
