Team commissions
Commission rules per person and per service or product, tips and a period report in CSV, calculated on the fly.
Updated:
In Finance > Commissions you see what each team member earns. Fiuit calculates it automatically from the real payments you record (cash, transfer, Pix, card, payment link): never from what was sold and never from numbers typed into the browser.
How it is calculated
- On what was collected. If a task is worth 100 and the customer pays 60, the commission is on 60. When the rest arrives, the commission on the rest is added. A task with debt earns no commission until it is paid.
- Deposits and discounts. A deposit counts on the day it is collected (if the task was rescheduled, it counts for whoever does the current task). A discount lowers what is collected and therefore the commission.
- Voids and refunds subtract on the day they happen (the day of the payment does not change) and are valued with the rule of the original payment: ending or changing a rule later leaves no commission from a voided payment.
- Whose commission it is: everything collected for a task belongs to whoever did the work, that is, whoever had the task assigned (active and holding the resource) when it was completed, even if someone else recorded the payment. While the task is open, it belongs to whoever has it assigned today. If that person later leaves the team or the resource moves to someone else, the task stays theirs; later voids and refunds also subtract from them.
- Retained deposit without completed work: if the task ends as a no-show, cancellation or failure (
no_show,cancelled,failed), its payments earn no commission and do not appear as unassigned: they remain business income in Finance and Cash. A later departure or reassignment does not change this rule. - Partial electronic refunds: for now the commission stays on the full amount until the refund is total.
- Several team members on one task: what was collected is split equally.
- Tips: are separate, by payment method, and earn no commission.
- Tasks with nobody assigned: what was collected is shown separately (owner and manager only) and earns no commission.
Rules
A rule is a percentage of what was collected or a fixed amount (per task, or per unit for a product). It can apply to the whole team or to one person, to everything collected or to one service or product, and it can deduct the payment method fee or not (for example, the Mercado Pago fee). Each rule is valid from a date.
The most specific rule wins: person + service or product, then service or product, then person, then the general rule. Rules are not edited: to change a rate, end the rule and create another. Owners and managers set up rules; each team member sees the ones that apply to them.
Each person's day
For each person you see what was collected by payment method, tips, commission, adjustments and, if they collected cash, the day's cash box difference. Owners and managers can adjust a day's commission, signed and with a reason (recorded in the audit log).
There is no daily close: the numbers are calculated on the fly from payments. Because each completed task stays with whoever had it when it was completed, deactivating someone or changing their resources does not change the past.
Period report
In Period you pick the dates and see the total per person, calculated on the fly (each task counts once). Export CSV downloads one row per person and day, with amounts in the currency's minor unit: a basis for paying out the team.
Who sees what
| Role | Sees | Can |
|---|---|---|
| Owner and manager | The whole team | Rules, adjustments, tips, CSV |
| Staff | Only their own | Record their tips (if the business lets them collect) and download their CSV |
| Viewer | No money | — |
Wagy can read you the commissions for a day or a period; rules, adjustments and tips are handled in the panel. The API and MCP offer the same reads (scope commissions:read).
