Results and sales
How to see each service's and the business's results, with periods, trends, top customers and CSV export, and who can see them.
Updated:
In Services you see much more than the catalog: each service shows its past results and the business has a monthly summary with the total.
In a service's detail
- Open Services and tap the service.
- Pick the period: Today, week, month, last month, quarter (with weekly bars) or year (with monthly bars).
- Review the indicators and tap Export CSV to download the table.
What it shows:
- Completed tasks, with the canceled and no-show rates.
- Estimated revenue and average ticket: calculated with the catalog's current price of completed tasks, plus retained deposits. It is an estimate, not the actual money collected.
- Retained deposits and top customers (without data your role cannot see).
- The service's peak day and time.
- Weight on capacity: how much of the shared resources the service occupies. Queue-based services do not use a schedule, so they have no such data.
If the service has a form with quantities or calculations (see Services and availability), results are aggregated per field: you see how much of each item was used or sold, with its trend, and it is also included in the CSV.
Business summary
The Services list shows a card with the month's summary for the whole business; tapping it breaks the detail down by service.
Who sees it
Only the owner and manager (or an API key with booking-read permission) see results and amounts. Staff and read-only roles get no money and no customer names.
