Set up Fiuit with Claude or ChatGPT
Get your project ready with your own AI. It can load your catalog from an Excel file, build the bot and interview you to set up your business.

Claude and ChatGPT are good at long tasks: reading an Excel file with 300 products, a PDF menu or your business's old website. Connected to Fiuit, they know how to set up your project well: Fiuit gives them ready-made instructions and a best-practices guide for each business type. AI usage is paid by your Claude or ChatGPT subscription, not by your Fiuit plan.
1. Connect your AI
Follow Connect Fiuit to your AI: in Claude or ChatGPT you add the connector https://mcp.fiuit.com/, choose your projects and permissions, and authorize. To set things up, tick See services and settings / Change them. Some changes (flows and payments) stay reserved to the owner.
2. Pick a ready-made task
Fiuit ships instructions in English, Spanish and Portuguese. In Claude they show up next to the Fiuit connector, in the chat's + menu. In ChatGPT you can ask for them in your own words («use the Fiuit guide to…»).

3. Import your catalog from a file
- Give the file to your AI and pick Import my catalog.
- Your AI reads the file and tells you which column goes to each Fiuit field: name, price, category, unit, synonyms or code.
- You see the preview: how many products will be created or updated, and every row with an error. Nothing has been loaded yet.
- If it looks right, say «yes» and everything is imported at once.
- Changed your mind? Ask it to undo the import: new products are deleted and updated ones go back to how they were. It works for 7 days, as long as nobody edited the catalog afterwards.
Up to 2000 products at a time. Prices follow your project's currency, and an ambiguous price («1,500» in reais) is rejected: nothing is guessed.
Services in bulk
If your file has services, your AI imports them separately, with the same preview: name, duration in minutes, price and the team that serves it (not needed if you have a single team). Only new services are created: if one already exists with that name, the row is flagged and nothing is overwritten. Up to 200 at a time, and they can be undone for 7 days if nobody changed them.

Security
- Preview and confirmation: every load or change is shown first and applied only when you say yes.
- Can be undone: imports and almost every settings change can be reverted; when something can't, the AI tells you first.
- Logged: every change is logged with the origin «MCP · Claude» (or your app's name).
- Only your projects and permissions: the AI can't see or do more than you authorized, and you can revoke access any time.
- No secrets: the AI never receives your passwords or your integrations' keys.
