Partners and collaborators
How a Fiuit partner creates projects for their clients, hands them over to the owner and stays on as a collaborator without access to money.
Updated:
A Fiuit partner (a person or agency in your city, an implementer or a creator) can set up a business's project and hand it over ready to its owner. Fiuit gives the partner their own code and links it to their account.
My projects (for partners)
If your account belongs to a partner, My projects shows up in the menu. There you see your clients' projects: the ones you created and the ones Fiuit assigned to you, with their plan, status and creation date. You only see yours, never another partner's.
- Tap Create project for a client and enter the business name (and the industry, if you want to start from a template).
- Set it up like any project: services, team, hours, channels and bot. You can also do it by chatting with Wagy.
- Invite the real owner from Team with the Owner role.
How many projects you can create depends on your account's plan; if you reach the limit, contact Fiuit.
When the owner accepts
The owner becomes the project's Owner and you become a Collaborator:
- You keep configuring and operating like a manager: catalog, resources, hours, bot, rules, customers, conversations and tasks.
- You don't see any money: no charges, balances, Money section, payment settings, Mercado Pago, or Fiuit plan and usage.
- You don't manage the team or webhooks.
For the owner
You see the collaborator in Team and can remove them whenever you want: they lose access immediately. Everything they do is logged under their name in the business activity.
