Why Fiuit and not Meta’s free bot?

Meta offers an AI agent for WhatsApp and Instagram that answers and books. It is a good tool. Here is what it does, what Fiuit adds, and when Meta’s is enough.

What Meta’s agent does

According to Meta’s official announcement, Business Agent can:

  • Answer questions specific to your business, in the customer’s language
  • Recommend products from a catalog
  • Book appointments and qualify incoming leads
  • Hand the conversation to a person when the business decides
  • Help close sales

Meta says getting started is free and that, in the coming months, the agent will be offered through paid subscriptions. It has not published prices yet.

Does Fiuit replace WhatsApp?

No. WhatsApp is one channel. Fiuit puts the schedule, payments and team work behind it.

Can I use Meta’s bot and Fiuit together?

They are different products with separate data. If Meta answers on a channel, its bookings do not appear in Fiuit’s schedule; choose which one serves each channel.

How much does Meta’s bot cost?

Meta says it is free to start and that paid subscriptions will follow; it has not published prices. Check its official announcement before deciding.
