If the customer came in through the site form or chat and has no other channel, the stage notice reaches them by email.
Stage notices by email
- Same text, same language: the stage notice goes by email to the site lead.
- WhatsApp first: if the customer has another conversation with an outgoing channel, it is used.
- No channel and no email: nothing is sent and the log shows it.
