The bot doesn't lose any part of the order
If your customer asks for «3 and one of 20», the bot notes both: it asks which product the 3 are and keeps the other one.
What you get
- Complete orders: when the customer gives a quantity without naming the product, the bot asks which one instead of forgetting it.
- It understands sizes: «the 12» is the 12 one, and the bot only asks how many.
