The Inbox number now matches what needs your attention
The alert on Inbox counts the conversations waiting for a person, so what you find when you open it is exactly that.
What you get
- One number that makes sense: if the alert says 2, there are 2 conversations waiting for you.
- No false alarms: what the bot handles won't send you looking for something that isn't there.
