- Deliveries that reach the right places: each delivery can cover all your zones or only some, and the bot only offers those that reach the customer's address.
- No address mix-ups: the bot searches inside your coverage, asks for the number or location when it is missing and offers up to three options when in doubt.
- A map in the confirmation: when the address is precise, the customer receives a Google Maps link.
