What changes
- API and MCP now support screens with items, references and buttons.
- Before publishing a flow, preview which open tasks will move and confirm the change.
- Closed tasks keep their history.
- During service, Close without completing requires a private reason.
- The team sees all information; customer visibility is stored for a later release.
- The editor and timeline will be integrated in the same release.
