What changes
- The editor brings service data and stages together, with shared items, entry notices and validated JSON copy/paste.
- Before publishing it shows tasks that will move stage and asks for confirmation.
- Owner edits; manager reads.
- Cancel applies before service and Close without completing requires a reason during service.
- The team sees everything; customer screens, payment/product items and the simulator remain pending.
