Visual stage editor

Each service shows and edits its stages, with a flow preview and versions.

What changes

  • In Services, each service has a Stages tab: see its stages, reorder and rename them, and choose where each one can move next and who can move it.
  • For each stage, set what it takes to get there (reason, payment, evidence, data, assigned person) and whether it notifies the customer on arrival, with a message preview. Notices start off.
  • The flow preview flags dead-end stages before you save, and errors show next to the field.
  • Saving creates a version: you can undo or go back to any earlier version.
  • Copy from… another service or template, and Apply to all services, each with its own version. Stages used by existing tasks are deactivated, not deleted.

Only the owner edits; managers see the stages read-only.
