Owners and managers can resume a completed, cancelled or no-show task with a required reason.

What changed

In the task detail, choose Reopen, enter the reason and confirm. The task returns to its last active stage and preserves recorded payments. If the time is taken, choose an available time before confirming; queue tasks require available capacity. Staff and viewers cannot reopen tasks. A cancelled task already replaced by rescheduling cannot be reopened.
The retained deposit remains applied when reopening a no-show. API/MCP keys require their creator to remain an active owner/manager, in addition to the write scope.

Reopen a closed task
