Improvements

The repository server adds 76 tools: customers/addresses (customers), Inbox (inbox), read-only finance (finance), task transitions (tasks) and catalog, schedules, automations and JSON knowledge (admin). All seven toolsets are enabled by default.
Exclusions drop from 134 to 58. Full panel equivalence remains pending: 26 routes do not accept API keys (comment writes, conversation summaries and others; tracked in F4-47). Personal session/bell, SSE, simulator, secrets/webhooks, binary/bulk CSV transfers and new money writes remain excluded. Check the catalog with your key. A pending message does not prove delivery to the customer.
