Several people, one shared time
Everyone selected for a task is reserved together.
What changes
- Choose co-responsibles when creating or editing a task. Scheduling reserves every selected person; available times are those they share. If someone is busy, remove them from the selection or choose another time. Rescheduling moves everyone; removing the time frees everyone and keeps their assignment. Queue tasks are still claimed by one person.
- Task slots preserve its zone and account for every selected person, including when adding co-responsibles.
