Improvements

• The web chat contact form lets visitors consent to storing unverified email and phone in their profile. Declaring a contact never opens someone else’s history. The same valid session continues in the same browser.
• Owners and managers can review exact matches, both profiles and their counts before explicitly confirming a merge. The target profile takes priority; conversations, tasks and addresses are kept. Merging cannot be undone and is blocked when there is financial history. Declared contacts can be removed with confirmation.
• Inbox shows each conversation’s real channel. Wagy can guide you to review; it cannot merge customers. Code verification and free-text contact capture are not available yet.
• Merging preserves WhatsApp Cloud delivery receipts. Source tracking links are revoked and audited; the target link is kept. The preview explains this before confirmation.
• Merging is blocked if the source profile participates in WhatsApp Cloud campaigns, including pending ones. This keeps recipients, metrics, responses and estimated cost; the panel explains the reason before confirmation.
