The bot groups consecutive messages
Review one response for the details you sent together.
One reply per group
- The bot can group consecutive messages before replying. Normal mode waits for 3 seconds of silence, or 5 while collecting required details; short mode waits for 3, and Off keeps one turn per message. The maximum wait is 12 seconds. Messages received after a turn starts remain for the next response.
Configuration
- Choose the global mode in Bot and an override in WhatsApp or WebChat. Telegram and Instagram inherit the global mode. The panel shows the effective wait; it does not depend on a channel typing signal.
Confirmation and help from the team
- A clear yes can include thanks, goodbyes or emojis. If you ask to change a detail, the bot handles that change before confirming; after a clarification you can confirm the current proposal.
- If a turn fails five times, the bot closes the entire message group and sends one notice that someone from the team will continue the conversation.
