Improvements
- Configure notices by service for requests without a time, assignments, edits and progress. They start disabled. Review sent, skipped, deferred and failed attempts in Settings, Activity and the customer profile. The log retains 90 days without copying messages or contacts; sent does not confirm delivery. Wagy and MCP read the same results.
- Service notices share the hourly limit with rules and avoid overlapping stage or action notices. The log distinguishes disabled preferences from revoked permissions.
