«Message» button on the customer page and a quieter version notice
Write to a customer from their page without leaving Fiuit, and the new-version notice is now a small card in the corner.
Two improvements so the panel gets out of your way and takes you to what you want faster.
What changes
- «Message» button on the customer page: it takes you to the inbox with their conversation already open, on the channel they wrote to you on most recently. If the customer uses more than one channel (WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram or web chat), you pick the channel from a short menu. Only channels connected in your business show up, and if the customer has not written on any of them yet, the button is hidden.
- «Call» and «WhatsApp» are now icons: they sit compactly next to «Message» and «New delivery», with the same destination as before. The WhatsApp one opens outside Fiuit and only shows if the customer has a phone number.
- New-version notice as a small card: instead of a full-width bar, it is now a small notice in the bottom corner (bottom right on desktop, full width on mobile) that does not cover the navigation or the Wagy button. «Later» hides it until your next visit.
