Clearer who picks the products and who adds the items
The intake form and “How the task looks” now say who uses each block, with expandable help on when it helps and how it relates to the bot.
What gets clearer
- Who uses each block, without opening anything: the form's products block title says your customer picks when ordering; the items one, that your team adds them in the task.
- Expandable help: what each is for (with an example), when you don't need it and how it relates to “What the bot sells”, with a direct link.
- The bot, without surprises: the help explains that a service with the “Products” field counts as “Orders” in “What the bot sells”, and that the items switch doesn't change what the bot offers.
