WhatsApp templates move into Channels, and «Channels» goes back to the list
WhatsApp templates are no longer a Customer care tab: they live inside Channels › Official WhatsApp, and every channel detail gets a back arrow.
Everything about official WhatsApp in one place
- No separate tab: the templates Meta approves sit next to the channel connection.
- Only when needed: with no official channel connected, nothing shows.
- Go back without getting lost: on the WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, site chat and form details, «‹ Channels» is a button that returns to the list.
