Finance moves up in the menu, right after Customers

What changed

• The menu now follows this order: Customers, Finance, My business, Customer care and Settings.
• It is the same in the desktop panel and in «More» on mobile.
• The screens inside each section do not change, and each role still sees only what applies to it.
