Messaging a customer with no connected channel: copy the number, use WhatsApp or email
If the project has no connected channel, the customer message offers copy number, WhatsApp, call and email using their details.
There is always a way
- When no channel is connected, the message goes out from your own WhatsApp or email.
- We only show the options that have data; if both phone and email are missing, a link takes you to the customer's profile.
- The task keeps a record, without promising the message arrived.
