Every stage shows when it happened and who did it
Your customers see since when their order moves, and your team knows who moved each stage.
More clarity at every stage
- Your team sees since when a task has been in its stage and who moved it.
- Your customers see in their tracking page since what time their order moves, without people's names.
- If the bot or an automation moved the stage, it says so.
