Official WhatsApp: every automatic notice has its template
Bookings, orders, payments, reviews and reactivation go out through official WhatsApp even if the customer hasn't written in the last day.
No notice is lost silently
- Confirmations, reminders, time changes, cancellations, order and delivery updates, payment links, review requests and reactivation have their template in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
- If the customer wrote in the last 24 hours, the notice goes out with the usual text.
- If the template isn't approved yet, the notice isn't sent, the conversation is flagged for your team and the channel status shows how many notices didn't go out.
- Reactivation and the thank-you for the visit are marketing: they need your authorization and their own maximum per message.
- QR WhatsApp doesn't change.
