Improvement
When you step in, the bot steps back
If someone on your team replies to a conversation, the assistant stays quiet in that chat for 2 hours so your team can carry on.
Improvements
- No crossed replies: when your team takes over a conversation, the assistant stays out while the chat goes on.
- Back on its own: after a while without team replies, the assistant picks the conversation back up.
