Really delete what you no longer use in the catalog
Services, products, teams and people can be deleted: with no history they are removed, with history they move to “Archived”. Paused or archived items stop cluttering the filters.
What you get
- A clean catalog: what you remove stops showing in filters and pickers.
- History kept: old tasks and payments keep the name.
- No surprises: with future tasks nothing is deleted until you sort them out.
