Fix
Schedule with your assistant, no back and forth
Ask for «the first available for Sebastian» and your assistant books the task with that person, without asking again what you already said.
What you get
- Less back and forth: what you already told your assistant stays put while it builds the task.
- Real times in one tap: if the time is missing, you see the next free ones and pick.
- The task for the right person: ask «for Sebastian» and it is booked at that person's first free time.
