Unify two profiles of the same customer
Join two profiles of the same person even when they don't match exactly, choose which details stay and find your business's possible duplicates.
What you get
- One profile per person: tasks, conversations from every channel, comments, attachments and addresses end up together.
- You choose: if the name, phone or notes differ, you decide which one stays. Tags are combined.
- The bot recognizes them on any channel: WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram and web chat stay on the same profile.
- Duplicates in sight: in Customers you see how many profiles may be the same person and review them one by one.
Keep in mind
- A match doesn't verify the person: nothing is merged without your confirmation.
- Unifying can't be undone. The profile you keep shows «Unified with another profile» and the date.
- Profiles with charges can't be unified yet. If the profile being merged has packages or clubs, unify the other way round and keep that profile.
