Every stage has an assignee: the task moves on its own to whoever handles it

In a repair shop, the front desk takes check-in and the mechanics take diagnosis. On entering each stage, the task goes to the right person or team, scheduled appointments included.

Flows: the stage with “Stage assignee” and the chosen team

What you get

  • Each stage with its people: check-in for the front desk, diagnosis and repair for the mechanics, ready for pickup back to the front desk.
  • No manual reassigning: on entering the stage, the task goes to the person or is assigned within the team (rotating, least busy or fixed). With no assignee, it stays with whoever had it.
  • Everyone on their own work: “My tasks” and assigned views show what belongs to each person; the owner and managers still see everything.
  • Appointments stay intact: if the new assignee has no room in their schedule, the time does not change and a “Review assignment” notice goes out.
  • With Wagy too: ask it “have the Mechanics team take Diagnosis” and it shows you the plan to confirm.
