Your bot books the exact day the customer picked
If a customer writes «Tuesday 27 2:30pm», your assistant books the 27th at 2:30 pm, and if the weekday doesn't match the date, it asks before booking.
What you get
- The date the customer said: the day's number wins, and the bot never books another week.
- Offered times first: if the customer picks one of the times offered, that one is booked.
- No guessing: if the weekday and the date don't match, the bot asks which one.
