How each team handles work, set once
The handling mode is now chosen on the team: one at a time, or several at once up to a per-person limit.

One place to decide
- The team defines whether its members handle one task at a time or several at once, with a per-person limit (for example, a courier with up to 12 orders).
- Someone on two teams follows the rule of each task's team: a “one at a time” task occupies them for everything, and “several at once” tasks count against their team's limit.
What changes for you
- Teams you already had ask you to choose how they handle work before accepting new bookings; nothing already scheduled moves.
