Product limits aligned with the engine

Improvements

• The Products field supports configuring up to 72 lines. Names, units and other fields share 512 nodes and 16 KiB, so actual data may allow fewer lines. Configurations with minimums that do not fit are rejected. Existing orders and amounts are preserved.
• Historical service forms with higher maximums are adjusted to 72 and remain editable in the panel. Minimums exceeding the new capacity are also adjusted; formulas and other fields are preserved.
